What's Up Ramrod?

In my most riproaring saga yet, I tell the story of my adventures as a minor-league coach. I range all across the baseball map, from ‘roo hunting and toad whacking Down Under, to “bull whispering” on a highway in Wyoming.

My character was formed on a cotton and soybean farm in the Missouri Bootheel. Growing up was a wild ride for me, full of family, fun, and more than a little mischief. Read about the many malfunctions of my early life, and I'll introduce you to the folks who kept me in line and showed me the ropes.

I've been told I'm one-of-a-kind, a mold-breaker. What I know is that I'm a country boy from the Bootheel of Missouri. In this book, I'll take you through my wild and woolly career as a baseball player, from my very first at-bat when I was six years old, through my career in the Major Leagues.
